I called Pronto because I was having issues with low water pressure throughout the home. Being an older home, I needed to have all new piping throughout, along with a new garbage disposal and water heater expansion tank. I chose the right company for the job. I want to thank Barry, Ashley, and John for the excellent service and hard work that they provided. From start to finish, they showed the utmost in professionalism and knowledge of the jobs that needed to be done. They communicated to me what they would be doing, why they would be doing it, and how they would do it. I’m EXTREMELY satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to call Pronto for any future service to my home. Highly recommend!!

Avoid at all cost! True scam company. They did come to my house within an hour of calling. I was told I needed to replace my sewer line because it had “collapsed” and it would be over 5000 to replace. Called a real plumber to my house and within 5 minutes my line was cleared. Not to mention the real plumbers price was half of what Pronto was going to charge to snake my line. If they tell you something needs replaced, I highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion.

We have had a great experience with Pronto. Initially we had Steven Dominick come out to repair a burst leaking pipe in the kitchen. He ended up replacing all interior pipes that were copper with PVC pipe. He was friendly and the work was efficient. Proactively - pronto called us and asked to come review the work and look into the exterior lines as we wanted to get ahead of any problems that might be down there - and we had history of water backing up downstairs so it was appreciated! Kevin Dickey was our technician and was so caring and helpful - We ended up needing a complete new sewer and water line- a very large job for John Gribble’s crew! Kevin helped with financing for me, John took care of all the permits, etc and his crew came out and was careful in the yard and road - and did a great job. Later we had Aaron Ward come out to finish the water lines inside and he was a joy - just so happy and loved his job. He really has excellent customer service. This was a huge undertaking by all involved and we are so thankful to Pronto because we avoided a plumbing crisis and fixed all the problems we had with the pipes. Everything runs smooth and we have peace of mind that this will last for our lifetime in this home. It’s a tough time for everyone and it was nice to have a company really show that they care for their customers and truly want to help.
