I really appreciate the awesome people at Puente Hills Mitsubishi! I was able to get my dream car and the whole experience was a dream as well! Usually when you go to a dealership you expect to spend hours there. Well they made it so easy! Starting with Sean, he kept in contact with me from the beginning to answer any questions I had about the car. Sean was also able to fix a few cosmetic items on the car before I went to check it out! Natalia set up an appointment for me, she was really helpful! When I pulled up to the dealership the picture here is what I was welcomed to! We went for a test drive and Sean was so sweet to sit in the back seat. Which in a Camaro it’s not very big because of it being a sports car. But Sean being I’m guessing about 6 feet tall got in the back like a champ without a fuss! Next was the usually dreaded “paperwork time”. Well Richard made it easy and enjoyable! He explained everything in detail and he shared a great family story with us! My husband and I were impressed because we were in and out of there in less than 2 hours! I have been to 4 different dealerships within the last 6 months. I have gone with 3 of my children to purchase their own vehicle and I must admit Puente Hills Mitsubishi would be my top pick! I highly recommend going to them for both new and used cars! Thanks again everyone for all your hard work!

A nice Dealership with a wide variety of vehicles to pick from. Great sales staff, specifically Mohamed H. Mohamed helped me browse their inventory and was very helpful and coherent when it came time for me to decide. Outstanding service!

Very nice sales team. Kinda pushy on buying. Finance guy misleading told me a price but end up getting bill and it about 5 k more when last payment is made. So I'm trying to pay off way sooner so it can only be 2 k more. I read the contract but I over looked something now I'm stuck with a higher price. For the buyer- Always read a contract well and don't believe what the Finance people tell you. If you don't know about contracts take someone who does. Never rush into buying unless its an emergency. The transmission on the car that I bought is now making a noise.
