We had a good experience here. Contacted by Dwayne through the Costco program and he was able to find us the perfect car. He is nice to work with and not too pushy. As expected, the finance department is a bit more pushy, but Sherry was perfectly fine to work with and got our papers done quickly.

We drove around 150 miles to Puente Hills from Lompoc to buy our son his 1st car a used 2017 WRX with around 43k on Sep 2019. We purchased the pictured 100k warranty. Car had engine failure at 63,266 on 25th of January exactly 3 weeks ago. It was towed to nearest Subaru dealership which was San Luis Obispo Subaru. We have been at the dealership's mercy for repair information but recently being told that warranty company denied repairs after 2 weeks have gone by. I then contacted Puente Hills where we bought the car on 11th of Feb., promised return call. Nothing. Called again on 13th finally got ahold of a fella named Steve, I gave some info & he said he would get his Subaru rep involved. Example, San Luis Obispo Subaru wanted me to give the ok for a 2500 engine tear down & if I didn't give ok for repairs it would cost another 2500 to put it back together - or just throw the parts in the trunk. This is a service writer from dealership telling me this - I will leave his name out but his initials are HC. At this point is when I contacted Puente Hills to see if we can find a solution. I am still waiting for Puente Hills dealership management to give me a call which Sam promised on Feb 15th. I can't emphasis the frustration in which this whole thing has been handled by Subaru - meanwhile our son has been renting a vehicle to go to work since car was towed on the 25th of January.

Mike Barrera was super helpful when i came in for my new car. I had wanted an Outback at first. Ended up leaving with a loaded Forrester Sport! He was very knowledgeable on each model and some of the differences that i had not noticed on the Outback.

Beware / Terrible Customer Service !!! Harassment!!! I called interested in buying a car and made an offer. They told me prices were as marked and no other deals. So I called another dealer and found a car with a good deal. So Happy I Did :) But Now receiving call after call from Sales People trying to sell me a car from here. I told them bought a car already and to please stop calling me. But calls do not stop!!! I called today to talk with a Manager and Operator told me he was to busy to help me with this Problem!!! LOL

I service my car here and the staff is very friendly. I recently visited to get proof of my service which is covering a recall as DMV is asking to renew my license plate. The associate here who helped me is very friendly, cooperative and quick. The facility is clean. There is a good lounge to wait and the building is very close to freeway.
