Wish I had more than five stars to give. They went all out with this park and it was a tremendously fun day. We brought the grandkids and got to enjoy both the trails and the lake. Entire property is well groomed and nicely put together. They list just about everything that’s expected on the website. Good idea to fill out the waiver ahead of time and save yourself the trouble when you get there. The reasonable entry fee for riders and spectators is well worth it. The entire staff was super friendly and well engaged. Incredibly nice and helpful people. We are definitely coming back!

This place kind of caters to the MX guys which I understand cuz they have some really nice Motocross tracks. Not very side by side suited the trails are very rough I know it's dry this time of year but absolutely no water anywhere said they were making a mud pit but I didn't see much. the people were very nice and it's organized and a good place to take your family but not real side by side friendly for the price

My sons and I spent a few days at Sandlot last week; best riding we have done in years. Tracks, trails and parking were phenomenal and the place just has a really good vibe to it. Something for all skill levels and employees who make you feel welcome! What more can you ask for? Shout out to Kevin ‘the Honda guy’ for helping us out with parts, highlighting the features of the place and helping us get our bikes washed for the trip home. Max the owner was extremely accommodating as well. Left our trailer parked there most of the days we were in town. Great destination for those in the cold up North. Weather in Punta Gorda usually refers to the coast temperatures. I can attest to the fact that most days we left our hotel at 70F, drive 10 miles inland and it was 85 and sunny all week long. Tracks are easily able to handle a lot of rain and still be rideable the next day. Recommend you pack up and head there now!

Fantastic place for anyone who enjoys riding dirtbikes, quads, side by sides etc. Staff is top notch, trails are clean with numerous tracks for any skill level. I fouled a spark plug in trail #3, Brandon who works there, rescued my bike and took me to see his buddy "The Honda Guy," who quickly got me back in the dirt. Thank you guys so much! And, don't forget to cash tip those guys if they bail you out! These 2 guys deserve a raise for the help today! Will be back! Thank you Brandon and friend (Honda Guy) !!!

I had my first experience this past weekend an it was everything hoped for. They seemed busy yet all staff was attentive to everything going on. It really felt like a community with everyone having a similar hobby. The trails were challenging on the dirt bike but I haven’t rode in a long time. The tracks were sublime. I felt nervous going into it, after going Saturday though I’ll be there as much as I can.
