I went to Purchase Green and talked to Jessica. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and forgiving of a person with so many questions. She offered some samples for me to take home and check out. I went back a couple times to reaffirm our decision and pick up a couple products like Turf Bomb. We purchased Arizona Olive Platinum and it looks amazing. When we ordered the grass over the phone, she ensured we had all the right material, such as nails and fill. I highly recommend going to Purchase Green and talking with Jessica.

After several failed attempts, this company was unable to provide me with a landscaping contractor to install their product. After numerous attempts, I was provided landscaping contractors who have no way to verify the quality of their work and no internet or social media presence whatsoever about their business to even prove it exists. Apparently I'm just supposed to take a random persons word that they are going to do great work even though they cannot provide me proof of the quality of previous jobs in the form of any customer reviews or photographs of work they have done. Maybe other people are comfortable shelling out 5,000 to 10,000 to a contractor that they can't even verify on the internet in 2020, but that's not how I do business.

I needed infill for some artificial turf that I had installed. Went to the store in Rancho Cordova and had the good luck to meet Travis. I wasn't 100% sure on which infill to buy, but Travis asked me a few questions, and was able to pinpoint exactly which one would be the best for me. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was patient, interested in what we were doing, more than happy to help, and everything was so easy and also great pricing. Such a contrast to the big box garden stores. Also, after getting home and applying the infill, I realized that Travis was spot on with how much we needed. Travis, thank you for helping us finish our project - it now looks like a professional did it!

They pulled a bait and switch on me! I purchased a putting green for a small area. On the website it listed that they offered a 14 foot remnant which would work with another 4 foot remnant of another grass for the edges. A friend was putting the green in for me, and I am on a budget, plus the manager said it was available, so we emailed the order to Whitney (manager). The trip there coming from Roseville, was horrible, and long because of the road work. When I returned home it was the wrong moulding. They didn't bother to check before loading the moulding because the correct one was on the order, form, which meant two trips. I would of have shopped around,, but it needed to be installed. It is their error. It was false advertising. I do not recommend them. Buyer beware! JKorngld

Second time buying from this store - brilliant experience. Very courteous and professional even though I had a trivial project. Jaylee was helpful and didnt try to oversell or squeeze me - actually looked for ways to reduce my cost. Would recommend them anytime
