Andy's team showed up on time, did the work as requested, and left things clean. At the end I was walked through how to operate the equipment and have complete confidence that if I have any issues they will respond quickly. Sitting hear now listening to music and loving life! These guys are awesome and worth every penny.

I am not the type to take the time to write a review because if you are in the service industry, it is your job to deliver high level service. Well, Unique Video & Sound took my expectations of quality high level service to a new level, which is saying a lot, as I set high standards. Andrew and his team were not only professional, conscientious and meticulous about their work, but they were also patient and willing to take the time after the job was done to make sure that I understood how all of the equipment worked and how to operate it. I also think they were enjoying the 7.2 surround sound of Saving Private Ryan with dreamscreen as much as I was. Andrew truly dedicated the time needed , prior to even becoming a customer, to explain all aspects of the project, so that I thoroughly understood what it entailed, which can get confusing when you are talking about today's integration of audio and visual systems. In addition, Andrew and his team were able to tailor my needs to make sure that I could get the most bang for my buck. If you are in the marketplace for home automation/smart home, lighting control, networking or surveillance , don't hesitate to contact Andrew and his team at Unique Video and Sound. Unique Video & Sound is the best! They brought my new house into the 21st century. They were here on day two of living in my new house to install every television and hook up my house for enhanced wifi and video. Prior to moving in we decided to splurge and put in a screening room/theatre. It was completed within days of moving in and it’s the BEST money we’ve ever spent. Then when we realized we needed a new alarm system I got estimates from two leading national alarm companies and one from Unique Video & Sound. There was no comparison. Their price and service proposal blew the others away. The service is outstanding and the workmanship is amazing! And they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I will only use Unique Video & Sound for all of my future needs. I would and do recommend them to everyone I know.

My son in law recommended Unique Video and Sound when I was thinking about replacing my current television. I called Andrew to come out for an estimate. He arrived promptly, we talked about what I was interested in, discussed options for installation and options for size and brand of TV. I received a detailed quote the following day by email. I called Andrew,agreed to his proposal and set up and installation date. I also purchased the TV from Andrew. His pricing on the TV and installation was more than competitive. On the day of installation Andrew and Ryan arrived on time and set to work. The install went smoothly including making sure my current surround system worked with the new TV. He cleaned up as he worked and left my house spotless. My few questions on working the system were answered promptly. I recommend Unique Video and Sound without reservation. Kudos for a job well done.
