We recently purchased a vehicle we found online at Quality Mitsubishi and we were not sure it would work out since we are in NY and the dealer in VT but instead we had the best car buying experience we have ever had. Alex and Derek were both amazing to work with, patient and thorough, and worked with us to handle everything by email and over the phone. They even talked a us through the trade in of our old vehicle through pictures and description of the car. When everything was ready, they drove the new care to us, we signed everything and they drove the old car away. It was as smooth as it could have possibly been. We would definitely make another purchase at Quality Mitsubushi and have already suggested them to friends!

Alex Martin, and everyone I interacted with at Quality Mitsubishi, provided me with a pleasant, pressure- free car buying experience. They worked hard to enable me to buy the car I wanted within the financial parameters I set at the beginning of our interaction. And Nick and the service team put installed snow tires, and undercoated and rust proofed the car sometime between Friday evening at five and noon on Saturday. I am so impressed by the whole Quality team, and....I have a beautiful automobile! Thank you, and I would encourage anyone looking for a car to have a look at Quality Motors.

Adam our salesman was very knowledgeable with Mitsubishi vehicles. Not once did he say i don't know. He answered every question we had. I saw this young man approach us on the dealer lot and said to my husband oh we'll have a young punky kid to deal with. To our surprise I was totally wrong. Never judge anyone for anything.
