Great place to work and they focus on quality!

I was hired on and a day and a half later let go. I was told I wasn’t the right fit for them. I did nothing but work. I guess you have to be already trained for the Job before you start. Their idea of training is showing you a couple of times and walking away. I asked co workers if the work I was doing was ok. They all said it looked fine to them. I’m over 55 , but I am a hard worker and very dependable. 12 hours of work and they say your not the right fit. No way to do business.
