I have been with Desert Financial for over 14 years and I always receive quality customer service in all branches I recently moved to San Tan Valley and now use this branch for all my banking needs and I must say that I'm very happy with the customer service I receive from Ethan he is amazing thank you for your 100% customer service

The staff is very friendly. They either have an answer or find it. Lexi feels like an old friend.Reminds me of how Banks used to be.
I multiple times had troubles using their ATM and online banking. I am a young adult so every penny I get from work counts. The ATM took 265 dollars meant to pay bills with and spit out a sorry there was a problem receipt. I called the guy on the phone didn’t seem to care or believe me and says we will get back to you in a few days. The whole point of a bank is to keep my hard worked money safe and desert financial has ruined that for me so I will no longer be banking with them. So if you want the luxury of modern day banking so you don’t have to walk up to a teller than don’t bank with them.
I personally have had great experiences here. Lexi, Celia, Britt and all the girls are knowledgeable, quick and always friendly! Should be called Desert Family! Thanks guys!
