This place is just horrible. If you are running a couple minutes late they will cancel your appointment, but its okay for them to be running behind. Office is disorganized and Lori Poisson tries to make my kids feel bad by saying \do you want to get a cavity\? My Son will not be coming here to get his braces done so this POS establishment will be losing three grand. Adios MOTHER*******!!!!!

Great place! They don't kill your gums and make you bleed for cleanings lol. Super nice people!

Great team working here in every position. We've had dental, oral surgery and orthodontics with done here and they do great work and always take good care of us.

I've only been there twice and I thought it was a cool concept of having all dental professionals in one building. The first visit was okay, I didn't have to wait to long and I was taken care of well. I don't like that they were so busy though and they had 4-5 people waiting in the small sitting area, which was concerning with Covid-19 being so bad. They did enforce masks, but they did not consistently sanitize things like their pens or their chairs. My second visit was terrible...I came specifically for a teeth cleaning because I had not had one in a year and with having braces it is necessary. I waited in the sitting area for 15-20 minutes before being called back because they were busy. After doing a thorough xray of my teeth, got a room and then the DDS came in to discuss plans for my teeth and was very helpful and informative. I was then told that the benefits Specialist will be in for a quote for all these plans, and I asked if I was still getting a teeth cleaning and DDS said yes. BS comes in and gives be this overpriced quote (including my insurance) for wisdom teeth out and over 800 dollars for a crown. After that I asked about a teeth cleaning and she said that she did not see that was part of my service today but will check. Now I have been here an hour and 45 minutes and an assistant comes in to say the hygienist is with another patient and will be in shortly and I asked how long because I've been there too long so far and oddly still not getting the service I came in for. She was honest and said she isn't sure and then I just asked if I should reschedule. I did...but not going back. My orthodontist said they are corporate and you should never trust corporate dentists so he gave me a number to a private practice friend of his.

One of the most money hungry places ever they told me they couldn't save my tooth and said I needed an extraction and I was going to have to pay 3000 and then I went to a different dentist and they said all I needed was a root canal and got it done that same day they saved my tooth and my money and this place told me it couldn't be done I almost had half of mind to come in and cuss out the doctor that told me he couldn't save my tooth so if you decide to go here if they say you need a major change to your teeth to go get another dentist input from somewhere else because I literally almost lost my tooth I didn't need to lose at all because of these guys
