It’s nice to actually have a real FedEx location, but the cashier Dave was really rude. I know his tag says he’s been working there since 2006 so in 14 years he clearly hasn’t learned customer service skills, and if he didn’t become manager in that time he must not be that great of an employee to earn that position.

A Consulting

This FedEx has become my go-to place to print. Pandemic aside, I typically work from home anyway and I've never had a printer that printed well after 6 months or a year tops, so I always end up needing a place where I can print crisp documents for work. The printers are easy to use whether you email it to them or bring a flash drive. I also ship stuff occasionally too, and the staff is always really nice and helpful. My one complaint is that it sometimes gets super busy and they seem short staffed, it can get a bit frustrating. But overall, they're a solid place.

Awesome customer service. There was an angry customer yelling today and slamming stuff and the 2 employees, one with a fro, were so nice and patient. They got me out so fast and were funny too. Def recommend for any print jobs!!
