No lease-to-own options, and their sales people are pushy and a bit passive aggressive. Sales rep tried to tell me that lease-to-own was expensive and a bad idea, even though he had no knowledge of the offer other companies with that option had made to me. It actually would end up being much cheaper for us. We went with a different company, and their customer service has been phenomenal thus far. There are better bottle-less water cooler/filter options out there for the money.
