We purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ from Raceway Chevrolet on August 20th, 2020. The dealership is 100 miles from where we live in North Carolina. I worked with sales rep Zach and the Finance Manager to have all of our paperwork ready and that the trade-in value of our old truck was agreed upon when we arrived at the dealership. As we drove into the dealership parking lot, the truck was parked in front of the building. We took a test drive, like the new Silverado, and proceeded to sign and initial all of the pre-prepped documents. All in all, we were in and out of the dealership in under one hour. We were treated kindly and with respect. The whole Raceway Chevrolet team made our buying process the easiest of any new car we have ever owned!

Just another dealership. Once they knew i was researching and not ready to buy yet the salesman didn't seem interested in helping or even letting me see inside the vehicles. So if i buy a Chevy, it won't be from here. The salesman from the Ford dealership next store was more helpful.

A month ago, my daughter and I called ahead asking about two used vehicles we had seen on their website that we were interested in. When we arrived, both were clean, parked out front and ready for test drives. Our salesperson, Zachary Garner, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he and Vickie in finance both helped to get us the monthly payments we needed. And Zachary has called to follow up with us to make sure that we're satisfied with our purchase - which we are. A would buy from again.

I saw a truck on their web page that I wanted, so I called them up and got Zach on the phone. I talked to him for quite some time about the truck. He seemed to be very honest, which is pretty rare these days. (Yea.....imagine an honest salesman, RIGHT). Well I ended up buying the truck, sight unseen, asked him to deliver the truck to me over an hour away. He obliged, and I am very happy to say that Raceway Chevrolet has at least one honest salesman down there. (Maybe more, I only dealt with one) When they delivered the truck to my door, It was exactly as described. They even replaced the Water pump, and fanbelt at no cost, as it went out on the trip to me. Kudos to Raceway Chevrolet, and Zach. Thanks a ton guys.
