When it came to Bariatric surgery I only knew about the “bypass”. After speaking to my PCP i was referred to Dr. Saniea Majid and I must say she is a true blessing into my life. I’m not gonna lie the first day I was a bit skeptical as I only saw female patients in the office, but after meeting her and discussing with her about my weight loss problem, I felt very comfortable and immediately trusted in her program/procedure towards the Sleeve Gastrectomy. Her and her excellent staff has guided me throughout my journey in to the weight loss that needed to be done for my health’s sake. I totally recommend Dr. Saniea Majid to any person looking into weight loss. She offers surgery and non surgery weight loss options in case if anybody was not aware. My name is Madeline Butler just to clarify that because I see this is coming up under my daughters log in but anyway, I met Dr. Majid in 2018 as she was referred to me from my primary doctor. The reason they referred me to her because I had a lot of things wrong with me health wise, not only do I have Lupus but I had high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea and the list goes on. I’m so thankful that I did get the chance to meet her because this was being done for health reasons not to go by a lil red dress or out of vein I did it cause I was young and sick. I had my surgery in July 2018 and I no longer have the things I mentioned before (of course I still have Lupus) but all the other things was just to much on my body. I thank GOD for Dr. Majid even a year later she still keeps in touch with me and she truly cares about her patients. Her heart is truly to help those fight obesity and you don’t find to many doctors that take there time and are truly in love with there work. If anyone is reading this post and your contemplating having surgery do it, it has totally changed my life for the better and I had the best doctor, which even under maintenance she with me every step of the way. Pls do your homework because you have the best teacher right in front of you and if I can go thru this with all my medical problems I know you can too! Love u Dr. Majid for caring about me so much that you’d probably saved my life. God Bless you and keep up your positive and passionate work to help ppl you truly do it from the heart and not for the money.
