My group and I had a wonderful stay at Alpine Dreaming this past weekend. The check in process was seamless and the house was exactly as seen in pictures. The house was stocked with everything we needed - firewood & starter, kitchen essentials, linens, snow shovel. Great experience yet again with Railey homes, really looking forward to coming back in the summer. I highly recommend!

We rented a lovely home from Railey Vacations the week of 2/28/21 - 3/4/21. The house was exactly as described. It was easy to check-in and out, and the app Railey provided has tons of useful info. The only downside was one little thing. I had rented ski clothes for my family that was delivered to the home. When we arrived, the clothes were not there. After three calls to Railey, the issue was resolved. Although every time I called the representative was very friendly, I had to explain my story like they don't keep a record of customers when they speak to them. Each time I explained to the representative what had happened, they told me I should have the clothes delivered to the rental management building. After the clothes not being there when we arrived, I knew I should have had the package sent to Railey. I did not need to be reminded of that when I was trying to find the package. Still, it was a fabulous vacation, and I would use Railey again to rent a home in Deep Creek Lake.
My friends and I stayed at \Dream On\ during the weekend of 2-26-21. The house was amazing! The pictures online did not do justice for the property. We were all pleasantly surprised! It had every kitchen pot, pan and utensil you would ever need to cook a full meal. It was enough space at the huge table for us all to sit at. It was clean and big. They even left a welcome bag for us with a few items that we could use while there! Definitely would stay again. I wasn't there to watch TV, so I couldn't care less that the TV was a tad small for the ginormous king suite!! And the easiest check-in & check-out process ever!
The place, #7, was clean and very convenient. Love that we were able to cook and there is a shopping center less than 5 miles from the place if we needed anything. WISP is within walking distance and loved the mountain views. Bonus we were able to bring our pups. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.
My family and I used to stay in cabins in state parks, then in 2001 I discovered rentals from Railey Vacations. I have never looked back. Not only among the least expensive vacations for single family, but absolutely the best vacations we have ever experienced. We can always reach a representative and they are always courteous and responsive. All needs are met. The properties are awesome. The kids feel at home and are always excited to find out where we are staying which I do not tell them until we arrive. I know these are good group vacations, but they are great family vacations!. Your family stays your family and for a few days grow closer together. Traditionally we stay four nights, but the kids begged for a 5th night so this year we will be staying a 5th night. (Does not hurt my feelings.) One more day of the family experience, one more day of exploring the Deep Creek Lake area, and one more day in one of the beautifully maintained Railey Vacations homes. And trust me when I say - they are not houses, they are homes.
