Very happy! I used them years ago for my wedding flowers and was pleased. Recently used them to send flowers for a birthday, and the arrangement received multiple rave reviews. I saw a pretty picture of a palm plant as I was picking out flowers, called to ask about it then decided why not? I sent myself that plant ordering ahead of time for a potentially stressful day but there was a little bump in that plan. Though it was beautiful and healthy, the plant that came was not the one for me. Pam was extremely nice on the phone and went out of her way to swap plants that evening on her way home from work. Way above and beyond! There was a very touching note on it as well. My new palm plant is absolutely gorgeous and just perfect for me. It is in a beautiful pot and I will cherish it. Next time I need a florist, I will turn to Fallon's Flowers North. Thank you so very much Pam and Fallon's Flowers North Staff!

I looked up top florists in Raleigh and found Fallons. I ordered on line and realized this morning I did not get a confirmation email, so I called. They couldn't find the order so we did it over the phone - they were quick, efficient and VERY nice. They were delivered today! I'm going to attach a photo of the online image and then the actual delivery - wow!! Definately my go to florist in Raleigh!!
Got my mom flowers for her birthday and they turned out beautiful! They were delivered on time and they sent me a photo for approval before sending them out to her. It was a quick and easy process.
