Absolutely fabulous! Steven and Nick are top notch. This was the most professional team and thorough chimney inspection and cleaning we’ve had in 20 years; they are phenomenally better than any other company we have ever used. Steven is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything, showed me photos of our chimney to help explain issues. Steven answered questions with an obvious skill set and expertise. Nick was thorough and our fireplace has never looked so great after a cleaning as it did when he had finished. We will use these two guys and this company for life!

From the estimate for a fireplace makeover to the finished project staff was extremely helpful in picking suitable materials for our remodel to future maintenance tips. Graham was professional and took the time to completely answer of any questions I had during the install. He had a very good assistant working with him, sorry I cannot remember his name. They made an excellent team. Definitely would use their services again.

The crew was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable of the work-at-hand. Replaced the chimney cap and installed a stainless-steel cover, replaced refractory panel inside the firebox, and cleaned/painted the firewood stand inside fireplace. Followed COVID-19 safety practices. Very happy with the work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
