Ashley Hamlett was a great tour guide and shared a lot of great information! I had an idea of what I wanted and she gave a variety of options to choose from. This made me more comfortable and confident with my consideration to move to The Exchange! She had so much patience and had an answer for every question I had! I recommend everyone see her for all your questions and concerns! She won't let you down!

The apartments and amenities are nice, but the hallways and stairwells are DISGUSTING. When I first took a tour of the complex, I almost ruled this place out before even stepping foot inside the apartment they were going to show me because of it. I decided to move in because I liked the apartment, but I’ve been second guessing my decision ever since. I’m posting this so that hopefully they will do something about it after many empty claims, and realize that they’re likely losing many quality tenants because of this.

Take a walk before you lease on different days. Trash everywhere. Office staff is awful, more turn over than McDonald’s and each set worst than the last Maintenance is very good though. Packages left in an unsecured location for anyone to just walk off with. Pool is cleaned only during pool season. Stairwells are never cleaned. This place quickly became the joke of Brier Creek

If you are looking for a home that is well maintained, friendly residence and a welcoming environment look no further! I have lived at the Exchange for about a year now and couldn't be happier. I have had few needs to open a service request but the few I have done are completed in a very timely manner and exceeds expectations. I couldn't give higher praise to the office staff, specifically Jason, WOW they are fantastic, they really make the complex feel like a home. Jason always welcomes me with a smile, he goes above and beyond to get to know the residents and really make us feel welcome.

Started out decent, then a lot of loud kids started living there and smoking Marijuana in the stair cases. Its never enough parking, dog waste everywhere, walls are paper thin and rent is incredibly high, and for the money you pay, the apartments are outdated. I wouldn't recommend the Exchange to anyone I care about.
