Rob Long at RAM Engineering is knowledgeable and patient. We own acreage in Lynnwood which can be developed into a plat. We hired RAM to do our feasibility plan and assist us in getting through Snohomish County prelim plat approval. He has had to put up with 5 siblings asking him questions. He has worked with us patiently and considered all our questions. I am a 35 yr real estate broker and recognize diligence, honesty, experience and integrity. I highly recommend RAM Engineering.
