My mom and I had a wonderful experience with Heartland. And Mr. Andrew Buck was such a BIG help for my mom along with everyone else that works for Heartland. Everyone was really nice and u can tell that they really care about your feeling and how u would like things done. I would recommend this place to anyone most definitely. And again...Thank u Andrew Buck and Everyone at Heartland for Everything!!!

My mother passed away unexpectedly in August. Elizabeth and Andrew were so kind and compassionate, and did all they could to make my experience easier. The pictorial DVD that they made is awesome. All I had to to was give them pictures and choose what songs I wanted. Also, the service bulletins could not have been better. Their prices were significantly less than well known funeral homes and I highly recommend them and their services.

My Mom passed away on a Saturday January 9th and Hannah Rathman was there for the family on the weekend and all week before my Mom's funeral the following Friday. Hannah was there with suggestions and had all the answers for every question we had. She was there to help us in a time of need and she made an emotional time so very easy for the family. The visitation and the funeral went off without an issue at all even in the middle of snow storm with winds strong enough to classify it a blizzard. Heartland made everything perfect at the church for the visitation and funeral and handled the blizzard at the cemetery very professionally. Thank you, Hannah and Heartland, for making this funeral a very well-organized family event in which my Mother would have been very proud of. Thank You from the Scott Family.

My father passed June 2, 2020. Too be honest, experiencing the death of a family member is heartbreaking.. Especially if it is unexpected. Heartland was sincere, pleasant, thoughtful when talking me & my brother through the cremation process and other things we wanted to include. My father did not keep up with his life insurance policy, so everything had to come out of pocket. They do have a payment plan (if that is something you are looking for). But nothing is pursued until they get the full payment of course-which is fair. I am glad I chose this company for my father’s cremation. They made it a smooth & heartfelt experience. The only downfall was-was that he died at KU Medical Center in Kansas City Ks. The doctor took 3 days to sign the death certificate. Which meant my father had to wait to be cremated.
