As a owner, we had horrible experience with the tenants. Leaving us with expensive repairs to get the house back in order.

My spouse and I have been living at this property since August 2018 and we have had nothing but issues since day 1. When we moved in there was still items from the previous tenants in the cabinets, drawers. Crayon marks on all the walls and stairs. The carpet had not been clean and several things including the ceiling fan did not work. We are not dealing with a serious issue and have not been able to contact our leasing office. We have went to the office no one is there and the phone number provided has a voicemail box that is full. We have sent several emails and no one has responded. Worst decision we ever made living here. Please dont move into any of their properties.

Mid lease they told us we had a new property manager and had to re apply to a home we we're currently living in. On move in date there were still painters at the house that got paint on the floors and windows. I lived in a room with a broken ceiling fan that had a broken light socket for a whole year. I told them upon move in and it was never fixed. Unprofessional.
