Similar to some recent reviews, I have left multiple emails and a voice mail at this business, but I've heard no communication back since I placed an order for soaps. The order was on 11/16 and it's 12/23 today. I'm willing to be patient since it's a pandemic, but not having any communication about it is less than ideal. It's a shame because I went with this company to try and give some non-Amazon place some business, but it has been so long since I've heard anything and I think over a month is a reasonable amount of time to wait without hearing back. I'd care less, but they charged my card before actually shipping anything as well.

For Real, this is the only soap I'll use. I'm one of those converted "Oh the 12-pack of Irish Spring is on sale? I'll buy that then" types. I like knowing that nothing but the good stuff is going on my skin now. And Real. Soap is THE good stuff. (Oh, and it doesn't hurt that Shamus is Darn Good People.)
I have been trying to get ANY response via e-mail, phone, or text. NO REPLIES, no acknowledgement, feels like I'm being ghosted! I LOVE THESE PRODUCTS, but this experience has been nothing but stressful and frustrating.
I bought a monthly subscription several months ago, I was charged but never received any product, I sent several emails and called the number on the website to see what the problem was with my order, no one responds. Would have been more than willing to work out something if a subscription was too much for them to manage right now but they just take the money and never respond. This company either went out of business but still takes your money when you order or is just a scam. Don’t order from this company.
I placed an order on 10/5 and have not received my soaps. I have sent two follow up e-mails and left one voicemail with no contact from them. This was my 2nd purchase and really like the soap but I would like an update on my order. The website says delivery is 7 - 28 days, ok, it is now 11/23 and still no soap or follow up from the owner. Only because I like the soap did I give two stars. Custom service would be only 1 star.
I regularly order soaps, candles and lip balm. All of the products are amazing, they feel great and I love how natural they are. I keep a stash on hand for gifts and always get compliments, especially on the lip balm- it’s a fan favorite. Keep up the great work!
Warning this company will steal your money and not send your soaps... I signed up for soap of the month club, they sent me two bars of soap, never sent any for two months (this is before COVID) I posted a negative review, the owner asked me to take it down. I did, they sent two more bars of soap and then nothing else... still missing 2 bars of soap and paid 80 for them to screw me over twice
The website takes your money but a product is never delivered. I reported this to the BBB.
