My experience with John E. Day is one of utmost respect, professionalism, and compassion. They ensured that everything was COVID compliant, took care of our every need, and had a fantastic service. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I can not say enough about the professionalism of the people at John E. Day Funeral Home, from the pre-planning arrangements to the actual day. They all went above and beyond for my family at this most difficult time...the loss of my mother. Deanna and Kellie went above and beyond giving us so much guidance, support and compassion.

Leave it to John E Day funeral home to take a terrible situation and make it as easy as possible. The team there was professional, transparent, and compassionate throughout the whole process. Josie was especially helpful and supportive.

Thank you Deanna and staff for helping my family through this difficult time with the passing of my father. Deanna you are truly a angel me and my mom could not have gotten through this without you. Thank you again Deanna.

Lack of compassion, professionalism and service. Need to close your doors until you staff your funeral home with culturally aware and sensitive individuals. Shame on you. The lack of communication, assistance and direction to family and mourners was most disturbing. Your staff clearly and callously stated, “They are a different culture.” Mourners deserved care not indifference and neglect on a very difficult day.
