I can't say enough good things about the people who work here! They went above and beyond to help us. They were so friendly, not pushy at all, we never felt rushed. We could take pictures. There was no limit on how many dresses my daughter could try on. The dress my daughter wanted sold before we went back to get it and they bent over backwards to find us another one. This is my family's third purchase from them. I highly recommend them!

We were looking for a prom dress and it is always a nightmare shopping for clothes because we don't like shopping. They were extremely helpful and tried to help us find what we needed. We knew kind of what we wanted but none of the dresses we found were in her size. We weren't lucky this time.

Staff was friendly on the day of fitting, however, never totally measured the guys. Just asked them what size shirts do you normally wear. They told us the tuxes would be there Tuesday or Wednesday before the Saturday wedding. If there was a problem with something fitted they would run to Benton and get the right size. Tuxes did not show up until Thursday afternoon. Was told "Oh, we can't guarantee them on Tuesday or Wednesday". Then 6 of the 11 tuxes did not fit. Either pants were too short and shirts were way too small (Guy told young lady he wore a X Large shirt, received Large Shirt). Was told they would meet us in Paris on Friday at 4 PM (at rehearsal - day before wedding). Received a call at 5 pm and said they were just in Morrilton. Bride's brother had to leave rehearsal dinner to meet her in Scranton to pick up correct sizes. Very unprofessional! Only received excuses and no apologies. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

I recently planned our wedding g from Arizona,though our wedding was to be in Arkansas. I researched tux rentals,and found Jim's formal wear thru rendezvous .I have been very pleased with the service,advice,and overall great customer service they have given me thru this complicated planning. Everything was done right,all tuxes fit great,and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of wedding attire. Thank you again rendezvous for making our wedding wonderful and memorable.
