Pretty easy experience with the BMV... Unexpectedly so! Great people at our local branch in Rensselaer #420...
I love coming in this branch the lady's who work here are always so pleasant and even if I dont have what I need they always tell me how to get it. They have rules they have to follow as well and they do not make the laws but they have to follow them. I really appreciate the great customer service I get every time I walk through the door.
The BMV in Rensselear has almost absolutely no wait time which is awesome. The downside to this location is that it is only open 2 days a week which is very unfortunate and on those 2 days they close for an hour during lunch time which also stinks if you want to run on your lunch break. It would be nice if employees staggered their lunch to accommodate for others wanting to come in during lunch break seeing how they are only open 2 days a week. But if you can schedule around the times it is very quick in and out which is very nice. Overall one of the better BMV locations I've ever visited and will continue to use this location for all my BMV needs.
