Would never recommend. My family had a horrible and demeaning experience here with the manager Edward. When my daughter spoke with the manager and explained she was laid off (works in the medical field and has a lung mass and breast cancer which puts her at high risk), he told her “I get it. You work in the medical field. You think you’re better than me. Only 2% of my customers are late. Here in my little furniture bubble, things are completely back to normal.” Go with Aaron’s if you have to rent. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible! My husband and I rented furniture, as it was our only viable option after moving across the country (Florida to Michigan). I 100% regret not just buying outright! Edward (Manager) is RUDE to his customers. They show up at your house after being 4 days late!! Harass you multiple times a day by phone and showing up at your home. Was told yesterday “the pandemic is over so your family needs to find a new excuse”!!!!! I’m done with this place! Would never recommend.
Gave us a couch with bed bugs tried to return it 3 days after purchasing and they said there's nothing they can do when we own it. My wife and I bought it out right from the store God only knows how much furniture in that store is infested. Only reason we know it came from the store is because we found dead bedbugs in the couch.
I wouldn't even give this place 1 . I bought a laptop and right off the back it didn't work. Freezing, battery draining very fast. Didnt even have it a whole month and had made two payments spending 90.00 and they would only give me 63.04 of my money back. Then when i called to speak with the manager he hung up in my face. I would not reccomend rent a center at all. And get this, when we were in the store we wanted to try the ps3 game out that was on and that wouldn't even work and they didnt know why, just like they didnt know what was wrong with my laptop! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!
