Awful experience!! I know so many that have a good experience but the night before prom when I was scheduled to pick my dress up, they told me it hadn’t been altered so I had to pick an entirely different dress. They didn’t want to stay late to alter the small pinning of the front of the dress so my mom had to drive 45 minutes to go pick it up while I had to get ready. Too add, all they did was take 1/2 off just the dress cost. Rediculous if you ask me.
