He's so personable and makes you feel like a friend instead a customer. The service is outstanding, even after the sale and installation are done. I've called and emailed several times, and Jason always responds in a timely and helpful manner. His installers have been very professional and reliable. I needed a new washing machine when my old one died mid-cycle. I went online at King and Bunny's and left a message. I heard back right away. A comparable model to my old washer was available and, with Jason's help, I determined that it would work and fit, and it was delivered yesterday. The man who installed it was very nice and did a great job. I'm glad I contacted King and Bunny's; they'll hear from me the next time I need a new appliance.

In late September our 20 year old dishwasher failed. It (and other appliances in our kitchen) was \biscuit\ in color, which is hard to find these days. We went to the K&B website and quickly found what we were looking for. They have a great tool for narrowing your search. The delivery took 2 months due to COVID, but the dishwasher came within a few days of the estimated delivery, and was quickly installed. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience!!
