Avoid ordering from this place. They are thieves. I ordered a Thermador/Bosch filter and 4 weeks later have not received the item. Their customer service is horrible. Couple of replies back to me was to continue to wait since they claimed they shipped and would arrive soon. Afterwards I forwarded them a copy of USPS tracking number showing that the item still had not been received to ship from them. Afterwards all communications terminated by them. I will be writing to the better business bureau soon to have them investigated.
