They open 11 and close at 5 pm, from 1:20 to 2 close the doors for lunch, well, that’s their business policy and I respect that, that’s why I waited silent for 15 minutes behind the door to pick up my bike at 2 o’clock, but then the guy came and rudely said that I have to wait another 15 minutes because they haven’t finished their lunch and I had a very important appointment that I was going to miss. They really need to respect their customers the same way they expect their customers to respect their lunch time. Also the owner shows too much attitude. They charged me 80 for just a tune up and one week waiting time! If I had time I definitely would take my bike to another place with less money, less waiting time, less attitude and less lunch time!

I like this store. They are always here to help, very knowedgable. Good assortment of different bike related things. And they have free inflator to pump up your wheels
