Exceptional experience with the folks at Ruge Subaru! This was my first time purchasing a Subaru and so far I am very pleased with my brand new 2021 Crosstrek Limited. I feel really positive about the entire experience working with the dealership -from the first test drive to the last drive off the lot. Special thanks to Jordan for being super helpful throughout the whole process and for helping me navigate the decision making process. There are many places where you could buy a Subaru in the area, but there is only one place you SHOULD buy a Subaru. I had a great experience dealing with Ruge’s Subaru in Rhinebeck, NY for my car buying. I had received several recommendations from friends to go there and I am glad that I did. Word of mouth is everything. Jordan was the salesperson who helped me. He was very patient and knowledgeable, which I appreciated. I highly recommend him. I decided on an Outback Touring. I love my car! It drives like butter, looks fabulous and feels so good. I’d recently had a bad accident (hit a deer on the highway) and walked away because I was in a Subaru. I swear by them. Safety and style. My experience with Jordan at Ruge’s was low pressure and very relaxed, he got me all the information I wanted and explained each car to me. I will definitely get my next Subaru there and will definitely go through Jordan again. Did I mention I LOVE MY CAR!!!!! ️
