DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...The worst service ever...stay away..and I tried, I gave several chances. Their customer service are sarcastic. Reply you most the times like robot. They sent for 3 times, all fishes dead. Once they open investigation against me saying they delivered the box, 2 weeks after my neighbor far away, brought a box that she found on her beach house. They never refunded my 470, instead when I complaint, they charged another 179.00 from no where, no order. Absurd, ridiculous, their service is going really down on hill. People that work there, really don't care. They do not respect you at all.

Used to be good but have really gone down hill as of late. Last two shipments I've had issues with. Cannot recommend them at this time. I'm currently waiting on a Dead Anenome and 2 crabs to arrive from them....

very bad experience. less than a month spend a 950 dollars in this bad store...buying only fish ... some did not last 10 days in the quarantine and died... I made my claims ... and they didn't want to sell me any more fish....Be very careful not to waste your time shopping in these bad stores they just want your money.....I've been in this hobby for 5 years.......

I have been (now was) a long time customer of LA' s Diver's Den. Apparently, they have changed their cancellation policy, and claim that it is on the order page when placing the order. There is nothing there regarding not being able to cancel. The notice only appears AFTER you place the order, which is useless. The items I ordered were not even shipping out for 7 days, and they still would not cancel the order (very next morning), even though I had very specific concerns regarding the wellbeing of the animals. Given my own experiences with improperly packaged fish, and after reading some reefing forums, where I found others having the same issue (cold water and DOA or dying fish), I just didn't feel it was appropriate to ship the animals at this time. I don't care about their 14 day guarantee, I don't want the animals to suffer, and die. I did a test order, just to make sure I didn't miss it in the fine print, and there is nothing there regarding not being able to cancel an order. TO BE CLEAR, I don't have a problem with the policy itself, I do have a problem with them making a drastic policy change, and not clearly pointing it out to customers before they press the submit order button. If you are a long time customer, you are not going to drill down through menus of ordering FAQs to see a policy change. EDIT: Thanks for the response, I should have already updated this review in regard to cancelling the order. My issue was solved, and resulted in DD cancelling the order. Apparently, during the holidays the "no cancellation" banner had been left off when adding an advertisement, or something to that effect. Anyway, that part of my review was taken care of...thanks. I have amended the review to 3 stars because of continued heat pack/no heat pack and extremely cold water issues.

Living in a rural area where there are no pet stores, I have purchased a lot of fish from Live Aquaria. My alternative is to purchase 40 miles away at Petsmart. I have had a much better experience with shopping online at Live Aquaria. The fish have always arrived healthy and look good. They are packaged very well. I have also bought some plants which I was well pleased with. The fish must be acclimated properly and Live Aquaria provides very good instructions, making it easy. I have had to reach out to customer service before regarding shipping and they are very nice to talk to.

I purchased Cattails, pickerel weed, and water Iris from LiveAquaria. We had unseasonable frost and cold weather in May so I called LiveAquaria and they told me to put the plants in a bucket of water and put it in a sunny location. I did this and the plants stayed green. Once the weather had warmed up in the danger of Frost had passed, I planted them in our Lake according to the instructions that LiveAquaria had provided. The only thing that survived was a few water Iris. When I inquired why the plants did not thrive and asked for replacement - not a refund - they said that there was only a 14-day window and that I missed it. 14 days is not a lot of time especially when I was dealing with very unseasonable cold weather. LiveAquaria would not budge on their policy. I'm extremely disappointed with LiveAquaria. I will not order from them again and I do not recommend them.

Maybe they are excellent brick and mortar.. but DO NOT order from them online if you expect get living examples, the correct item, or the correct number of things you order

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Hands down the most terrible place I've ever ordered fish from. Specimen died immediately upon receipt. Packaging was absolutely terrible, shipping costs were sky high, and the 'guarantee' is an absolute joke. Even if you get the dead fish they send covered you'll be repaying the shipping charge and you'll never see an actual refund. BOTTOM LINE - THEY DON'T CARE IF THE FISH THAT YOU ORDER LIVE, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.
