This is no longer the \old\ 21st Century Plumbing. The business and its records were apparently sold, but none of the same people work there. Whoever is answering the phones did not disclose this to me. Imagine my surprise when I found out a company called Frymire showed up to do the work instead of Richard or someone else I knew from 21st Century.

Richard and his staff are fantastic. They are honest, prompt, affordable, and do quality work. Richard is from the area and is very knowledgeable and will help you save money where you can. He will also give you an honest recommendation on what should be worked on now and what can wait till later. He is currently replacing the stop valves in my house and will soon run a water line to the ice maker that is in a difficult location. I will only be using 21st Century Plumbing from here on out!
They were great!! Checked everything from beginning to end. They are thorough and efficient. Cleaned things up for me and put everything back. Highly recommend!!
Yeah these guys are good. Maybe I just got lucky but when I called.... the master plumber answered and he was able to diagnose and give me a price over the phone. He showed up on time and did a good job. They had to removed a few bricks from my house to get to the pipe. When they replaced the bricks/mortar it really looked professional. I wasn't expecting that.
Very good experience. Richard and William were very thorough & fixed the situation and explained what they were doing very well. Also right on time and work done at a fair price.
