Most friendly people that help my great grandson open up a new saving account..Natalie Meyer need a employee day off for beening so nice. Hope she has a wonderful weekend. Oh yes the lady at customers desk was most excellent and nice as well

Been with this bank for about 3 years. Everytime I have an issue, it is resolved quickly. The employees are always ready to help and will go out of there way to make things right. Contacted them about a fraudulent charge in my account and they closed my card and made me a new card the same day. Wouldn't trust my money with anyone else. Special thanks to Tabitha in helping me open my 2nd account.

I visited the Campbell Rd branch yesterday with an appointment to effect an electronic transfer of funds. Assistant Branch Manager Rosezetta Dye met me as I arrived. Ms Dye was friendly, personable and very competent. With her participation, we executed the Wire Transfer Request promptly. She confirmed it was correctly done and accepted it, advising about the process and time going forward. With her competence and involvement, the whole process went rapidly and smoothly. She represents TEXANS Credit Union very positively, and is a credit to your organization !! We went into TCU office in Richardson,TX. We went to carry out 4 transactions today. We switched money between accounts closing some and opening others. Char, who was our TCU banking associate led us through each step. Char explained each step so we understood what we were doing. She made us feel very comfortable, like dealing with a small town banker.
