As a family who traveled for 2 years straight, we know the importance of having the right equipment and making sure you can depend on it. While we had some hiccups with a bed liner installation with another location, this place went above and beyond to make it right and did an absolutely superb job installing a number of upgrades for us as we prepare to return to the open road. These people are experts in what they do and the results speak for themselves.
2020 JLUR - Rock Slide Engineering Steps (Gen 2) install. I was in need of a local shop that had experience/familiarity installing these power steps on my jeep to help accommodate my wife and daughter. After speaking with their staff, whom demonstrated the knowledge of this product, and asking several questions from ordering to installation, I felt comfortable conducting business with MK's Customs. Between coordinating the ordering of parts, choosing the installation date, confirming parts arrival, and installation, I was very pleased with the end result. MK's Customs customer service went one step beyond by providing me transportation back to my home AND brining my Jeep back to my home upon completion. Top notch entity, and I recommend them for your needs. I will use them again for my lift kit and more.
I contacted MKs Customs through their web site well after they were closed, expecting a reply the next day. Was shocked to see a reply to my inquiry from Kylee that night! After exchanging several emails I knew that this was the place to do business with. After explaining the time challenge I was having with needing the new tires quickly She understood my situation and ordered me a new set of tires, updated me on when they would arrive and then called me to tell me the minute they showed up. Mind you, this is a very busy large company that obviously does excellent custom work on trucks and Jeeps that probably runs into several thousands of dollars and Kylee treated me and my little tire job as if it was a major transaction. As soon as I arrived she had my keys and took the truck back to the shop and in an hour it had 4 new tires on it AND they had remounted my spare for me!! The price for the tires was the best I could find and the customer service was absolute top notch, which to me says a lot about Kylee and MKs Customs. I do not write many reviews but when I find a product or a service that is exceptional I feel that I need to tell everybody about it. Thank you Kylee and MKs Customs, I will be back for any and all of my truck needs!!
