This place is a complete joke, they have 0 customer service. Their word means absolutely nothing, I was told the furniture I ordered would be at my house by Sunday, nope. The following Thursday I called to make sure it would be delivered Friday. I was then told they didn’t have me for a delivery it was a pick up order. Wrong, so I went back and forth. It got scheduled for Friday. My fiancé took half the day off for a delivery which confirmed 12-3. They had came early (11) and left. What’s the point of a delivery window if you can’t go by it? Then refused to honor any part of delivering any time soon. I called the store back and was told that if I have any issues I can come say it to the managers face? What? Definitely not worth the trouble. Take your money else where.

This TV. I bought thru there progressive leasing program FEB. 2017. After all the interest and payments it cost aprox 3,500.00 3X AS MUCH AS THE TV ACTUALLY COSTS. One year and one month later I got a line thru it. It was out of warranty. For a 4-year warranty it's like 300 more. I do love the TV THOU. ITS A SAMSUNG UN65MU8500. CURVED TV. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. They have awesome updated products but it does remind me alot of Arron's Rental Center.

Rogelio at the Nine Mile Rd location is an excellent representative of Conn’s!! I met him at 7 Eleven & honestly I didn’t believe he could do as much as he said he could do for me but he did. He went above & beyond for my grandson. Now my grandson is happy as ever with his PlayStation 5 & new head & foot board. Thank you so much Rogelio!! I will be back & only want to deal with you.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would! I am honestly furious at my experience with this place. At the time of purchase which literally took HOURS out of my day, I requested a 2/1 delivery date. When their system populated a 2/5 delivery date, I advised the salesperson I would not like to move forward with the purchase because I needed the items on 2/1. At that point he GUARANTEED me a 2/1 delivery date. I followed up with them almost 2 weeks prior to confirm that everything was still on schedule and they confirmed. Today, as I’ve taken off from work, I called to confirm delivery time because I had not received a confirmation call and was told that they only deliver to my area on Fridays. This was my first indication that I was lied to just to get a sale. I was then directed to call the store I purchased from. Upon doing so, I was then informed that there was nothing that could be done about the unethical sales practice that was used, they’d get 1 of my items to me on Friday and the other won’t even be in until the end of MARCH!! Another thing that was never communicated to me and I’d never have known if not for me calling! Needless to say, I will never shop here again and would encourage anyone reading this to stay far away from this disgusting business.

the store was well stocked with multiple offerings of the furniture i was looking for. the associate Amanda was an absolute joy to work with. she was helpful and friendly. she was not pushy or pressuring. the prices and finance payments are fair and easy to understand. an absolutely great experience.
