My husband and I hired Chris to inspect a (smaller) commercial building we are looking to purchase after it was recommended by the general inspector. Chris was quick to response via email, was punctual to our appointment, and was thorough explaining the layout of the building and all structural issues needing to be addressed. He communicated his assessments clearly to us during the inspection as well as in his written report. Chris was professional and easy to work with. We learned a lot about the building in the few hours we spent together during the inspection. We would absolutely hire him again, possibly to assess our 1928 home.
