First, I do not attend this school. I am reviewing this school based on my experience with the administrative offices. In particular the office of admissions. The staff is very disorganized and painfully slow. I don't think it's appropriate for staff to be listening to sports radio at the same time they listen to my inquiry. I also find it unacceptable that emails go un-responded and schedules are not followed. I think the call center girls should switch over, because they are polite, helpful, and get stuff done. Five star for call center, one star for actual staff.

The teachers seem devoted and class sizes are small. I have learned a lot in my time attending classes at Reynolds. I have no complaints with this convenient community college.

The worst financial aid office. Unhelpful staff that can never fully answer your questions. They are always overwhelmed by something and just want you out of there as soon as possible. Deeply disappointed.
