I purchased a new vehicle on 10/24/20. It was the best car buying experience I have had. I did visit my local Nissan but opted to visit Gunter Nissan which was hands down the best move I made. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, the employees were knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and courteous. The car buying process was seamless. Eugene my salesman followed up to make sure I knew how to use all the features and was comfortable with them. Gunter Nissan should be the industry standard for car buying experiences worldwide. I observe the staff treating every customer as if they were the only customer. The dealership was very clean and I observed an employee constantly cleaning areas where customers had been the entire time I was there which speaks volumes during this pandemic time.
