Ruined my wife's Valentines Day in 2014. Crappy service. Did not deliver until after they closed. Had to bring flowers and balloons to my house in the evening because they "forgot" that I had placed my order A WEEK BEFORE to insure prompt delivery. At first I was told that there was nothing they could do and was offered a refund. A refund? At 5 pm on Valentines Day!!?? STAY AWAY from this lousy place!

Every time I have used this company, flowers have been beautiful and delivered with in a couple of hours from my order!!! Great place to buy!
In years past, Shirley Floral has held a well-deserved reputation for quality service and community caring. Because I used their business and recommended them to a friend back along, she recently used that memory when ordering a personal bouquet for me when my brother died in a distant place. When she heard nothing from me by Mon pm, she called to ask if I’d rec’d any floral deliveries recently. I had not. She called the shop mid-week, was told they’d been delivered. (She had been told they were low on white flowers so her request for a Fri delivery might have to be on Sat.)Because she was still so distressed that following Friday, I called to ask to speak to the store owner, was told that it was impossible to reach Mr. Kyle Brown, that he owns 8 stores all around, and is not reachable. I explained that I will reach him, by Internet comment if by no other way. Obviously the Shirley Floral of the past is exactly that: PAST. This is not a company attitude we want representing our San Angelo for our locals, or for people calling from afar at any time, most especially during a time of grief.
This floral company did an amazing job with our mother's arrangements for her funeral. They were also very friendly.
Very disappointed with the service this company offered. Ruined my wife's Valentine's Day! The only was that after the ordeal I was able to get a full refund!
I've placed an order with Shirley on two separate occasions, both times I was very disappointed. Today I am needing something sent again in San Angelo, I live in El Paso, and I know for sure not to order here again.
Very unprofessional. Very unfriendly. Will never give them my business again! Called when they opened in the morning. Placed my order and drove over 300 miles. Got to the funeral home right at the time the visitation started. Flower shop had closed and my flowers were not there. The flower shop was directly across the street from the funeral home and I saw that lights were still on so they were called about my order. About 20 minutes later a pitiful and thrown together arrangement arrived. Mostly leaves, a few flowers and flowers falling out of the arrangement. I was so disappointed because this was supposed to be very special arrangement for a very special person in my life. When I returned home, my florist and myself tried to talk to the owner of the flower shop and she was very rude and uncaring. Greedy as well. I would not recommend doing business here.
