My teenage son was extremely excited to find the vehicle he was looking for and drove to Illinois from Wisconsin to get this vehicle. Jeff seemed like an honest guy but shortly figured out that was not the case. The vehicle he sold should’ve never been put on the road. Be cautious when he states sold as is because there are guaranteed underlying issues. These are safety risks for my son driving this vehicle with the brakes, there was holes in the undercarriage that he states were surface rust as we could not see it at night time. He was very deceitful stating that there was nothing major wrong with this vehicle and it was stored in winter (lies) as there are about six or seven major things wrong with this vehicle once we had it inspected by our mechanic in Wisconsin. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Shady salesman unfortunately gives others a bad name. When calling to discuss all the issues that were found and that this vehicle should’ve never been sold in this condition he did nothing to offer assistance and just stated there’s nothing he can do. Just poor business.… I don’t know how he can live with doing this to people.

This was the perfect place to end my month-long car search! Found this dealership through CarGurus and the prices and miles for the cars matched what I was looking for in a car within my budget, and the selection of cars is pretty decent, which is exactly what I was looking for. Jeff was absolutely helpful in answering all the questions I had, and definitely felt comfortable going to him after the first phone call I made; I didn't feel like I was sold a vehicle I didn't need or pushed into making my decisions. He was honest about what the financing process looked like and about what my options were with whichever car I chose. I definitely didn't expect to find this place, but I'm glad I did, I absolutely recommend taking a look into this dealership if you're looking for a good vehicle to get around.

At first I thought Jeff was a really good honest guy. But then realized after an hour leaving the lot check engine light goes on. I got it checked out and it was catalytic converter he said it was a sensor to bring to his mechanic down the street. The same mechanic that certifies the car. So an hour later I get the car and take it home. Within a week later light goes back on and I get it read and it's catalytic converter again so I go back and he sends me to the mechanic who quoted me 600. I didn't get it done at the time because I felt pissed off that I was ripped off big time and it actually took a few days because I thought him and the mechanic were honest. Don't ever trust anyone. I believe that they unplugged my battery two different times and said they fixed it. When I got my emissions paper I failed due to converter and I went back to his mechanic and it was now 1400 to fix it. Luckily I found another mechanic who did it for just under 600. I will never go to Jeff nor refer him to anyone again. He is a liar and he's good at it. He sold me a car knowing it would cost over the price in repairs over the next year. The first year I owned it I put around 3000 in it and the car is worth less then that. One of the worst mistakes of my life.

Bought a car from this place, Car was marked as a 04 nissan 1.8S but was actually a 1.8, on the website was said to have keyless entry but the car actually doesn't. Had a lot of minor problems, was missing a seat belt click and the little hose that connects to the spray of the windshield wipers was not connected, leaving me with no windshield cleaner to be sprayed on when the windshield gets foggy. In the inside, glove box falls out and doesn't stay in properly, the mirror on the passenger side, fell off as if it was temporarily fixed to sell. The audio programming system doesn't work ! Only right side of the car has sound. Leaving me to have to spend 160 for a new one. Haven't had the car more than 3 days and already have these minor problems. Will update if I have any major problems with the car. (Like new battery, alternator, engine or any lights on the dash board, which it doesn't right now and hope not to get any for a long while ) The car has 85k miles, which in my opinion is not too bad but felt the price was a little high for a basic car with roll up windows, and no keyless entry ( as stated on the website that it had key less entry ). Would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership AT ALL!! For a car with 85k miles, has too many problems! Don't waste your time even looking there.
