Had an issue with some high water bills, I called and spoke to Anabel. She was incredibly helpful and explained their billing system. Thank you for your patience and knowledge.

Everytime I go in, I am greeted with a happy face. Never wait to long, perhaps 1 person ahead of me but the are usually 2 windows open so very little delay. I know that I could be mailing in my payment but the people here are really nice and that makes it worth the trip. 5 stars!

Called to report a leak in my water meter utility box. To their credit, someone responded within a few hours. After they left I checked to see if they had fixed the leak. It seemed that they had at least made things better. However, the next day I could see that there was a leak on the downstream (my side) fitting that connected to the meter. I called and reported it. They asked if I had spoken to the technician and I told them that I had not. They said they would speak to a supervisor and call me back. A few hours later they called me back and told me that the leak was on my side (and therefore my responsibility) and that I should call a plumber. The leak was fixed by tightening the fitting on the house side of the meter (directly connected to the meter). My position is that any leak directly associated with the water meter (meaning either fitting on either side of the meter) belongs to the water company. That meter is there for their benefit, not mine. My other position is that a technician was called out, had the tools, should have had the experience, and could (and should) have fixed that leak. I understand that a leak from any downstream fitting not directly connected to the meter would clearly be mine to fix, and that the water company would be ill-advised to attempt to repair it. However, to advise me to hire a plumber to fix a leak that is directly associated with the water meter seems wrong to me. I am left with the impression that the technician was lacking in expertise or that the company is not as concerned about good customer service as it should be.

I got orders overseas sent them multiple cashiers checks to close my account they still sent my 30 bill to collections. It looks like they don't care about the military at all.
