Would someone please respond to my emails as to why I am being charged for water and electricity usage when I don't even reside there? It is amazing how you people were bombarding me with texts/emails to sign the lease promising that if I can not move due to covid19 issues it will not be an issue and will not be charged. This was a clearly communicated concern as I did not know what my college will be and the lease was singed in May during the pandemic. Then tell me the due date is the 5th for payments and when I go to my account to pay I see late charge added. I have been told Valencia will be getting back to me on 9/14/20 after her 2 weeks vacation and as of today 9/25/20 I have not yet heard back from anyone. Not used to dealing with these kind of people, just one thing after another.

Non responsive - only replies to google reviews . Inconsiderate and comes up with all kinds of specials to basically make it impossible to find someone to sublease an apartment my daughter could never move into. Constant billing errors . Inconsiderate , money hungry and misleading.

I’ve lived here a few years now and I’ve really enjoyed it. I like the amenities and the location is great. The management has done awesome since the last changes and I think it’ll keep getting better. I’d definitely recommend this place for college living or even just for apartment living in general. 5 Stars!

Poor mail room security and incredibly unprofessional management team. I have opened my mailbox to find that my mail was open with contents missing. I have also had multiple packages go missing from the complex on several occasions. Management was less than helpful and extremely dismissive with regards to any of these issues. Far from ideal place to be living, especially when nearly every encounter with any staff member has been an unpleasant one.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Taylor Cooper was so professional with the whole process. The second I walked through the door he made sure that I felt welcomed and at home. Some one give that man a raise, because he will always have my business!
