This was my first oil change and checkup. I could not have been more pleased. The staff was prompt, courteous and my car SUV was done in a very reasonable time. During the service I was able to view cars on the sales floor and the lady sales person was most helpful. My wife says she does not want another car at this time so I will have to wait a bit longer before I change out her KIA Optima. Thank you, Mark

Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at this location for 10am. I'm a firm believer in being early for appointments, to be convenient for the workers and make things no rush. I arrived at 9:30am, checked in, and was told wait in the waiting room. It is now 12:30pm and my car is still nowhere in sight. What's the purpose of a 10 am appointment if I'm still waiting 3 hours later? I wouldn't be upset if someone were to let me know they were backed up or there were difficulties but I'm just sitting here silently as I watch other people who have came after me leave before me. And I would understand if they had an appointment but i had not. This is terrible. Definitely will not be coming back to this location..... if I ever see my car again.

I had a great experience when purchasing my vehicle and my sales rep was awesome. However, I have sent several emails and called in many times requesting my bill of sale for my car that I got in September 2020 as I did not receive it when I left and still have not gotten it.... the last time I called I was told “they were too busy”. It shouldn’t be this difficult for me to get my bill of sale for a vehicle I purchased 3 months ago and that answer is unacceptable. It’s holding up me being able to file my taxes and other things.
