I had a great experience at Riverside Nissan and highly recommend this location. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival by Omar who found out what my needs and wants were and located several cars to give me multiple options. He had the cars ready for me to test drive and I loved the options he showed me and I purchased a car. Omar was polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient with me as we ran through the many options. He helped me narrow my decisions down and made the whole process easy. After I made my purchase Omar made sure the car had a full tank of gas, and then walked me to my new vehicle and showed me how to use the many features in the car. He really took time out with me and made sure I left knowing how to use all the many features and benefits the car offered. My original contact was Kristina who introduced herself to me when I first arrived and set me up with Omar. She was a very professional representative of the brand. Prior to me leaving the General Manager introduced himself to me and thanked me for my purchase, Russ the Finance Manager made the experience easy and was professional and friendly and had a good sense of humor. Bravo to Omar and the entire Riverside Nissan dealership for a high level of service and professionalism.

I have to say, this was my first experience with Riverside Nissan , however they exceeded my satisfaction. I was looking for an upgrade on the Rogue I had. I wanted to trade it in and get a newer version, fully loaded, yet affordable. My credit was not A paper but it was fair. Christina worked with me and told me she will get me what I wanted. She did. She not only got me what I wanted but more. From the sales Rep ,Omar to the finance Manager. They were all very helpful and professional. I will recommend Riverside Nissan any day.

Had one of the best experiences at Riverside Nissan today for my mom! Our salesman Roni was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. He helped us every step of the way. Also, Tony, the sales manager went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and left with what we wanted. And can’t forget Russ in finance! Thank you so much to my wonderful salesman, Scott, and Tony the manager for getting me a fantastic deal on a 2020 Nissan Murano. The whole process went smoothly and Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car.
