Riverside Properties is a fantastic venue for intimate events and family gatherings. We had our small wedding there in November and it was everything we could have asked for. The interactions and planning with them was seamless. The homes on the property were lovely and created such a beautiful location to share in our special day with everyone we care about. They also have a lovely working relationship with Ravenous Catering and Gather Leavenworth, their collaboration allowed the whole day to be more than we could have asked for.

Amazing place to stay, had a lot of fun with friends and family. Lots of amenities, house is very well stocked. Stayed in winter and held my small wedding in the back yard. Lots to do even in winter. Given a nice gift package from them as well. Lots of little details that make the difference. Will be back for a vacation here again

We’ve rented the House several times for our annual sales meeting/rep weekend, sometimes in conjunction with either the cabin or the loft which gives great flexibility depending on the number of guests. I always love it when someone comes for the first time; they’re awed by the House, the river, the proximity to town. It is beautifully appointed and has spaces for large groups or quiet getaways. The master suites are awesome with views of the river. I look forward to the next time!
