I found Philip to be very rude. He does not have any customer service skills. He slammed a door behind me at 12:59....me saying the sale started at 1:00pm. Making smart comments the whole time about 1:00 means 1:00. When his employee had said we could go in. This was in front of other customers. The whole place was disorganized. Items not for sale should be clearly labeled or NOT out. Again I was appalled at how I was treated. I left immediately and would not ever buy from any sale he is a part of.

I saw the people running the auction of Nov. 20-22 2020 chasing off customers with their corona virus fear-mongering. They treated people like lepers, scanning them with temperature guns and yelling at people about masks. I certainly didn't feel respected or even welcome there.

This man is very nice but has no clue how to do business. He handled my father’s estate sale 9 months ago and after a bounced payment check along with endless excuses and lies i still don’t have the money he owes me! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR ESTATE SALE!! If you value your time find another business that will respect you as a customer. This one does not!

I have been to several of Phillip Morgan's estate sales. I have never had anything but positive experiences every time I go to one! I find Phillip to be knowledgeable, and helpful when I have a purchase. I'll continue to patronize these sales for quite a while to come.

Phillip does do good work and he is a nice guy. What I didn't get paid for was the people that haul the left over merchandise away.
