I would never recommend anyone. Their schemes and cancellation policies are ridiculous. They are changing their own statements and trying ro charge extra when a customer is cancelling with them in less than a year. I wish i could give minus rating but i will end up giving 1. 1) I paid close to 96 USD to get a better service and never got speed i was looking for. 2) Their 5G networks is not even close to 3G if i check the speed test on my laptop. 2) They never shared the bill on my email ID with policies.

It's constantly going out in my home, shows buffer all the time, the 5G internet won't work, seems like I'm unplugging it every 30 mins because it quit working again. I will be glad when the contract is up, so I can go with a better internet company that actually works more than it don't.

Since October we have called these people atleast 5 times and had the same man come out here only to say theres nothing wrong with it. hes done nothing but replace the lan cable and replace the router (which seemed to get better for a while then it got terribly worse). Its to the point where the internet wont stay connected for more than 30 seconds at a time. They insist nothing is wrong, so now when we call to schedule an appointment now and instead of even bothering to come out, they called and said they fixed it from \their end\. when we rescheduled again they lied to our faces and said they tried coming out but no one was home. We are on quarantine because of the virus, we have been at home every second of the day. We basically dont have internet at all, let alone have issues. This is the worst internet provider I have EVER had in my life. We've taken videos showing its disconnecting, we reset the router atleast 5 times a day, we've done everything but get down on our hands and knees and beg them to fix it. Dont know what else to do.... PS: The name on the account is David Rachel in Roanoke Al.
