The guys at Underdog have helped me, my brother, and friends out in a pinch several times, the owner Chris and staff are always friendly, and very helpful for all of your cycling needs. As far as bike shops in Roanoke they’re a few options and I’ve tried them all, however you won’t find a better shop and a more down to earth group of guys.

Great staff. Great bikes. Just got my new bike!
Stopped by here to look for a seatpost clamp replacement because of some issues I was having with my current clamp. They found me a replacement clamp in their used parts bin and got me back on the road quickly. When I asked \how much\ they said o charge\ which was awesome. Always cool when a bike shop cares more about helping a rider out than making a quick buck. I'm new to the area and will definitely be back the next time my bike needs service. Thanks UnderDog!
