I got three quotes for a new Fire & Burglar System as well as an Access control system for my Business. One quote was out just way off base (high), the other two were very close. I talked to both companies and decided to go with Keystone Securities and I am so glad. I clearly made the right choice, John has been awesome to work with on this project. He gets the job done right (no cutting corners) and everything looks great and works perfectly. The entire job was done in just a couple of weeks and we could not be happier with the system. We have service for the system through John as well. Although we have had no issues we have asked for a couple of changes to access control and such and John is very quick to respond. We researched several larger companies and decided to give a local business a chance. John was very knowledgeable and worked with me on our specific requirements. He listened well and made good recommendations to optimize our system. He showed genuine concern for the safety of the home and family and made additional recommendations without trying to sell me something I could take care of myself (additional CO and fire alarms). Overall professional experience and glad to have Keystone on our side. Update: Several years later, still very happy with our system and the support Keystone has provided when needed. System has been very reliable and we’re still happy with our purchase and the support we’ve received.

John provides amazing service. He designed and installed a flawless system. One that met our security needs and stayed in budget. His Customer Service is second to none! If he can’t assist us with an issue over the phone- he arrives right away to troubleshoot and fix any problem we have (typically operator error!). We recommend John to everyone we know!
